03 The Firm
Dayana Rivero is the Founder and Principal of NOĒMA Development Group, where she brings together development strategy and project execution.
With nearly 20 years of experience across New York and international markets, Dayana has completed more than two million square feet of projects spanning ground up development, adaptive reuse, hospitality renovations, and high end commercial interiors.
Dayana began her career at JLL, where she spent ten years working across New York and Dubai, establishing a strong foundation in complex project delivery and the rigorous financial, technical, and operational discipline required to execute large scale projects. She later held senior roles at LIVWRK and Peak Capital.
Today, Dayana leads development management for residential projects, working with owners and capital partners to define direction and lead execution from planning through delivery.
Trained in architecture, she brings a strong design perspective grounded in an understanding of how the built environment shapes everyday experience and how its quality contributes to a place’s enduring relevance and value.
